Vanstone Motors Puts Your Braking First

Safety is the number one priority at Vanstone Motors, and few parts of your car matter more for safety than the brakes. We carry out brake repairs in Martock on all makes, using high-quality parts and the experience gained over 12 years in the motor trade, including time working to dealership standards. Your brakes work hard on every journey, from stop-start traffic to steep country lanes, and the pads, discs, and fluid all wear over time.

Warning Signs Worth Acting On

• Squealing or grinding when you brake

• A soft or spongy brake pedal

• The car pulling to one side under braking

• Vibration through the pedal or steering wheel

• A brake warning light on the dashboard

Brakes usually give some warning before a problem becomes serious. Catching the early signs often means a simpler and less expensive repair, so it pays to get things checked as soon as you notice a change.

What Happens When You Bring Your Car In

We'll inspect the braking system, explain what we've found, and let you know what needs doing now and what can wait. You won't be pushed into work your car doesn't need. Once you're happy to go ahead, the repair is carried out using quality parts, and we'll check everything is working as it should before you drive away. If we notice anything else while your car is with us, such as tyres close to the legal limit, we'll mention it so you can plan ahead.

Backed by Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

All brake work is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We aim to offer next-day availability wherever possible, so a worrying noise doesn't have to hang over you for days. If you'd like to wait while we work, there's plenty of parking and a customer waiting area.
